It’s officially the time of year when resolutions are made and a lot of people look to change their lives for the better, be it health, careers, family or travel etc. So much so, the hashtag #NewYearNewMe has been shared 1.4 MILLION times on Instagram alone!
But have you made New Year’s resolutions for your business? Once the madness of Christmas trading is over, a lot of business owners find January is a great time to evaluate things. What has worked in the previous 12 months? Which areas of the business could do with some focus, or have been neglected altogether?
